This time around my attitude was in check and we had some terrific company as well. We had a delicious lunch and explored the town of Windsor and we bought fudge! We saw the Dolls House, State Rooms and the Chapel. I should point out that by "saw", I mean we did the best we could with a toddler in tow. Sight seeing is completely different with a little person, its more like walking through at a relatively fast pace with your head on continual rotation. You "ooh" and "aah" at the appropriate places and then you ask the lovely employees to "please lift the red rope, because we only really have time to poke our heads in- we can't do the full room... our kid needs lunch!" And that, my friends is sight seeing with a toddler in a nutshell.
It's always a party when we step into The Fudge Kitchen! I mean, how can it not be when super pumped people hand you little pieces of fudge and say "eat it, you'll love it" and "here, try some more!" It's my kind of fudge shop and we are seriously going to miss it because the cravings are real. Very real. Good thing we have people on the ground here that understand the need for fudge and will send it to us! If we were here for longer we would book ourselves in for a fudge making session, that sounds like my kind of date night! Fellow UK residents, get yourselves to The Fudge Kitchen. Run, don't walk!
